Welcome to Serra Little league’s Registration page.

Important information:
1) Registration forms should be downloaded from our web site.  They need to be filled out in advance and brought to one of the registration days.

2) NEW PLAYERS to Serra Little League must show ORIGINAL birth certificate.
3) RETURNING PLAYERS do not need to show a birth certificate at registration.  If your child is eligible for all-star play, you will be required to show your child’s original birth certificate at the All-Star Affidavit Night.
4) All families are required to volunteer at both the league and team level.  You will be required to choose a league volunteer job at registration.  If you do not want to volunteer at the league level, you may choose to pay $150 in addition to the registration fees.

5) All returning Majors players must try out.

How to Register:

Step 1:  All new and returning players:
Download the registration form and fill it out in advance. 

Step 2:  Print the completed form and bring the completed form along with the necessary documentation to one of the Registration Days.  See dates below.

Step3: One of the player’s parents or legal guardians must bring proof of residence (driver’s license, PG&E bill or other proof of residence).

Step 4: Bring your checkbook or cash.
Please note: A player will not be “registered” until eligibility is verified by the registrars.  You must be eligible in order to be drafted or assigned to a team.

At these in-person registration sessions you will also have the opportunity to discuss player placement questions or concerns.
Contact registration@serralittleleague.com before January 10th if you will not be able to attend one of the registration dates.

League Boundaries:

Little League eligibility is determined by age and residence.  In other words you must reside within the league’s defined boundary. 

Serra’s boundaries are roughly defined as follows:

Fremont Avenue, De Anza Boulevard, Stevens Creek Boulevard, and Permanente Creek
